2022 Year in Review
I've sat down to type this out six or seven times, then just walk away.
So... here goes:
This is a long fucking list, so strap in and get yourself a drink before you start reading:
* Went to my FIRST writing con (Superstars Writing Seminar, w00t!)
Went to my FIRST con as a professional author (ChiCon!)
Went to my SECOND con as a professional author (FactoryCon!)
Was a guest author/editor at ChiCon
CKP published four of five of the Anisian Convergence books (holy. shit.)
Had three (?!) book launches for four books, all of which I'll link in the comments
Published some amazing stories while I was at the Storyteller Series Podcast, including Rebecca E. Treasure's "No More Rainbow Cascades," Alicia' Cay’s "Event Seven," Warren Benedetto's "A Thing of Beauty," Elise Stephens's "Untrained Luck," Kat Farrow's "The Cape-Check Caper," and a whole slew of other amazing stories.
Left Storyteller Series to focus on my writing career... sad to leave it behind, but so excited I had the opportunity to meet and work with such talented authors and voice actors over the past two years.
On a less interesting note, I started digging into amateur nighttime photography as well. Ended up with some pretty awesome night sky time lapses and a new appreciation for the stars.
I'm sure there are other things here, but man... maybe that's enough? lol
Looking forward to starting 2023 with Superstars in February for my birthday again, this time with my wonderful wife, Amy (which Facebook won't let me tag for some reason)!
Okay, that's enough text wall.
On to 2023!
