The Repeal of the ACA: House Edition

I really can't wrap my head around the vote on repealing the ACA today. I can get it from a politician standpoint, but not a realistic perspective unless the anticipation is that it'll fail in the Senate and all these House Republicans will be able to say: "well, we tried."Even my Rep, Rep. Tenney, who has prepared statements in support of repealing the ACA had this qualifying statement:"Although the American Health Care Act is not a perfect piece of legislation..."She also says the same thing about the ACA, but instead of fixing that one, she wants to replace it with an equally broken model that they can then fix?The wasted expense of all of this is insane...Anyway, here's the thing I wrote about all of this.https://medium.com/@kainewynd2/the-repeal-of-the-aca-house-edition-7da13647021f
