New Site
Joy of joys... a new website. The other one has been down for so long that I'm not even entirely sure where to start.Let's start with the simple questions first for all two of you who watched the last site die a lonely death:
- Where are the blogs and vidjamagame reviews?! They're dead, Jim. I let the old blog lapse into disrepair and when I came back to pick it back up, an SQL inject vulnerability allowed an epic fuckton of spam to be deposited in those old blogs and such. As much as I enjoyed some of those old posts, I'm just going to let them die a graceful death. Farewell, my Batman: Arkham Asylum review! :'(
- Why did you change the domain name? Well, I'm an author and this is my name. I figured it was about time I actually used the damn thing. That and my wife may need the wyantswalk domains for something else in the future, so I figured it was time to disassociate.
- Are you actually going to keep this up to date this time, you damned heathen? Hopefully. I'm going to set aside time to get on here and blog. We'll start there and see how it goes.
- Speaking of that... are you actually writing anything or are you just going to continue to disappoint us? Shit. Tough crowd. I have been writing, so there. I have two short stories that need some editing and then are going into some writing contests. Additionally, I've been working on book two of The Sundering and have that about 1/4 to 1/3 done. In hindsight, that's not a ton of writing though... thus this blog coming back up.
I think that can cover enough to get started. I'll try not to disappoint this time.
